Richard Lunsford's 75 Gallon Tanks

Here Salvinia natans, a type of water fern reminiscent of duck week or water hyacinth (leaves roughly clover-sized) is growing on the surface. The ZooMed Large Turtle Docks are in view. A small orange goldfish is visible (right corner), useful for eating duckweed (but destined to outgrow the tank). On top of the tank an unused mercury vapor bulb is in view. The clamp lamp resting on the tank lip & a glass sheet covering the tank rear can heat both quite hot; depending on your tank's construction, this could be damaging or even dangerous.
