Richard Lunsford's 75 Gallon Tanks

Hanging silk plants sold for terrarium backing are useful above or below water & look good. Sparsely covered areas could be fixed via photo paper tank basking taped to the rear tank wall, or by adding plastic plants via suction cups as filler (which looks good and adds diversity). The mechanism for attaching these silk plants to the rear tank rim was flimsy; you may want to engineer your own (i.e.: wire when to a 2x4" board & lay it across the back of the tank). Some turtles could climb those plants & escape the tank; know your inmates! Photo: Richard Lunsford.
